Commercially available for the mandatory inclusion of all existing customers of the Supplier for the consumption of their electricity supply from 1/1/2024, except for those who: (a) have an active supply contract with a Fixed Pricing Commercial Program with their Supplier or (b) object to their inclusion in this program and wish to either remain on their existing Commercial Program before mandatory inclusion or choose another Commercial Program from the Supplier. In any case, the program is commercially available from 1/1/2024 to new customers who choose it.
